**Mathematically Tested Model**

Local AP1 scientific feasibility established for a bounded mathematical witness — not a full cosmological validation.

Josip Fellner · Version 1.1 · 11 September 2026 · Correction snapshot A079

This version 1.1 correction snapshot A079 incorporates the already completed HSTAR_E14_BUFFER_AUDIT_PASS. It is a public editorial and version-consistency correction; no new physical calculation, integration, solver run, threshold optimization, candidate selection or AP1 gate audit was carried out.

## Corrections and clarifications

- The exact DE/EN/FR/HR branding and its immediate local-feasibility qualification are retained.
- The tested AP1 core remains visibly separate from genesis, cycles, black-hole return, full DM/DE interpretation, structure formation and the wider Post-AP1/AP2/AP3 programme.
- The internal benchmark now identifies the analytic derivative bound, its required interval, the separately controlled initial layer and the approximately 4% endpoint margin from audit 079. E14/E15/O029/N029 are named.
- H0 keeps its mathematical identity as the O049 initial/reference parameter. It is explicitly distinguished from the observed present-day Hubble constant.
- The nonstandard sector is described as supplying practically the entire Friedmann source at the local internal benchmark. This is not an observed matter fraction or a DM/DE fit.
- The 1e-110 standard-density bound is explicitly attached to a = 1. At the benchmark the existing a_star^-4 envelope is retained. A bare event-time bound of 1e-110 would be stronger than the supplied evidence and is not introduced. The earlier v1.1 preprint already retained this envelope; this is a clarification, not an invented numerical erratum.
- The domain is explicitly not a reconstructed cosmological epoch or an observational H(z) trajectory. The benchmark is not a direct H(z) prediction.
- The 077/078 history, open Lorentz/GR question, AI disclosure, funding and competing-interest declarations remain visible.

## Version and archive policy

The author explicitly requested that the corrected public edition retain version 1.1. The date and A079 snapshot identifier distinguish it from the earlier version 1.1 files. Website text, PDF title metadata, PDF footer, download filename, README and these release notes all use version 1.1. The earlier version 1.0 and earlier version 1.1 packages remain archived without modification. New files have new SHA-256 bindings and a compact PUBLICATION_PACKAGE_MANIFEST. No old file is silently replaced under its previous download URL.

## Scientific results preserved

AP1_GO = TRUE and AP1_GO_SCIENTIFIC_FEASIBILITY_FIRST remain unchanged. The thirteen prior mathematical displays and six A–F rows remain intact; added displays make existing audit bounds and the inherited source majorant explicit. The original 32 evidence records and original 079 audit records retain their bytes. The earlier v7.13 HARD-PASS, adjacent NONPASS, open independent reproduction, restricted configuration exclusion and method limits retain their original scope. No external validation, preregistration, complete cosmology, full DM/DE identification, astronomical fit, global existence or complete long-term stability proof is claimed.

The release includes a manuscript PDF, native-equation DOCX, source text, abstract, platform copy, homepage copy, README, release notes, Technical Evidence Index, audit supplement, numbers/units note and archived packages. Scientific-platform hosting and DOI assignment remain future work.

## Public hygiene H1

Version 1.1 / A079 and all scientific statements, equations, thresholds and scope are retained. H1 only adds direct E14/E15/O029 links beside the inherited bound, clarifies the documentary/arithmetic role of Audit 079 and lists independent reproduction as an open Post-AP1 validation priority, not a new AP1-GO prerequisite. The legacy v1.0 download is superseded by v1.1 / Audit 079. Earlier PDF and package bytes remain preserved; the H1 files have distinct names and hashes.
