This index supports the main preprint through the prospective AP1 GO decision 078. It separates claim binding, original artifact identity and distributed-copy integrity. These checks do not independently establish mathematical correctness or numerical reproduction.

## Reading the evidence

Start with E01–E07. E08–E20 are the thirteen original source bindings used by 078. E21–E28 provide selected supporting construction and historical context; E29–E32 complete the 077/078 decision packet. Older status fields and instructions describe their historical checkpoint. They are not current research or publication instructions.

The selected sources are supplied as technical records, mostly in their original German. They do not constitute the full dependency closure of all proofs and code. No complete executable reproduction package is claimed. Public normalized paths may refer to wider project material not included here; their presence is not a claim that those dependencies are supplied.

The original 077/078 checksum files and manifests refer to original bytes. For a normalized source copy, use its release SHA-256 in EVIDENCE_MANIFEST.json. The source original and release copy are identical only where byte_identical is true.

## Tested core and broader programme

The AP1-tested core is the bounded O049 witness on τ ∈ [0,1/125], with η = −τ, fixed conformal Planck units Mpl_ren = 1 and the specified compatible scalar/TT class k ∈ [5/8,5/4]. Its local mathematical, gravitational, stability and nontriviality claims retain the unchanged A–F scope.

The quantitative internal model benchmark is H_cosmic(τ_star) = H_star = 2 × 10⁻⁶, with H0/(2 Mpl_ren²) < τ_star < 1/125. It is reproducibly specified, numerically testable and falsifiable in principle within the model. This is not a claim of completed independent reproduction or a directly mapped astronomical observable. H0 ≈ 5.9044051867 × 10⁻⁶¹ is the bound initial rate; τ_star is a time, not that rate value.

077 defined the scope prospectively after earlier O049 calculations. 078 performed no new physics calculation; it bound and audited the existing evidence under the 077 scope and recorded AP1_GO_SCIENTIFIC_FEASIBILITY_FIRST. This is a scientific-feasibility milestone, not independent external validation or historical preregistration.

Genesis, cosmic cycles, return through black holes, full DM/DE interpretation, filaments and structure formation, full cosmology, observational matching and AP2/AP3 remain broader hypotheses or research goals. Quantitative attribution to rotation curves, lensing, CMB, BAO and Bullet-Cluster-like systems remains Post-AP1/AP2/AP3.

The tested field/sector construction couples classical fields and a bound quantum state to gravity through a complete source, with documented local covariance/Ward/gauge-invariant structures. Whether a physically preferred rest frame exists and how the full Lorentz/GR embedding of the extended model is interpreted remain Post-AP1 foundational clarification. Neither a violation nor a full resolution is inferred from the local result.

AI remains a disclosed tool for source auditing, consolidation and drafting; Josip Fellner is responsible for the scientific claims and approval. No scientific-platform migration, external deposit or DOI is performed or claimed. A preferred custom-domain address must be confirmed and verified before being presented as the live distribution address.

## Source records

## Audit 079 and final public clarification

The AP1 domain is a local mathematical feasibility domain, not a reconstruction of a physical cosmological epoch or an observational H(z) trajectory. The benchmark is not a direct H(z) prediction.

H0 retains its historical meaning as the O049 initial/reference Hubble parameter, H₀⁽ᴼ⁰⁴⁹⁾ ≈ 5.9044051867 × 10⁻⁶¹, not a fit to the observed present-day H₀(obs). H_cosmic here denotes the model-internal Hubble rate defined with respect to cosmic time.

HSTAR_E14_BUFFER_AUDIT_PASS: H_,τ > 2.6 × 10⁻⁴ is a conservative analytic, error-covered lower bound on [t_b,1/125]. The initial layer is controlled separately. It implies a guaranteed endpoint margin of about 4% above H_star = 2 × 10⁻⁶. Evidence chain: E14/E15 → O029/N029. The audit checked existing evidence and bound numbers; it supplies no new physics proof, solver run or AP1 gate decision.

Precisely: H(1/125) − H_star > 8 × 10⁻⁸ − 1.3 × 10⁻⁴ H0 > 8 × 10⁻⁸ − 7.8 × 10⁻⁶⁵. The relative lower bound is 0.04 − 65 H0; “about 4%” must not be rounded up to an exact guarantee of at least 4%.

Within the bound model, ρ_nonstd = ρ_cl + ρ_ref + ρ_fin = 3H_star² − ρ_std ≈ 1.2 × 10⁻¹¹. E18 binds |ρ_std(a=1)| < 1 × 10⁻¹¹⁰ (1e-110). At the benchmark the carried envelope is |ρ_std(τ_star)| < (1e-110)/a_star⁴, with a_star > 0.997479. The initial-point bound is not transferred unchanged to the event slice.

The nonstandard sector therefore supplies practically the entire Friedmann source within this local model benchmark. This is not a DM/DE fit or a statement about the observed cosmological matter fraction; additional unknown particles remain possible.

077 defined the scientific-feasibility scope prospectively after earlier O049 calculations were known. 078 performed no new physics calculation: it bound and audited the existing evidence under that scope and recorded the formal GO. AP1_GO is therefore a scientific-feasibility milestone; neither independent external validation nor historical preregistration. Earlier findings are not reinterpreted retrospectively.

Genesis, a cosmic cycle, return through black holes, full DM/DE interpretation, filaments and structure formation, complete cosmology and observational comparison are further hypotheses or research goals. O049 has not derived them as consequences or empirically confirmed them. This also applies to the open AP2/AP3 phases.

In the tested core, Apeiron denotes a mathematically specified field/sector construction: classical fields, a bound quantum state and a complete source coupled to gravity. Covariant, Ward and gauge-invariant structures are documented in the claimed domain for the specified response class. This does not establish a universal mechanical ether.

Post-AP1 foundational clarification: whether and how a physically preferred rest frame exists, and how the full Lorentz/GR embedding of the extended model should be interpreted, remain open. The homogeneous coordinate choice alone does not decide this question. The local structure implies neither a demonstrated violation nor a complete resolution of that embedding.

[A079 supplement](SUPPLEMENT_AUDIT_079_v1.1_2026-09-11_A079_H1.md). The original 079 audit report and decision remain unchanged under evidence/audit_079/; their hashes are bound in its original manifest and in the publication package. A079 audits existing bounds; it is not a new AP1 gate.

The inspected public originals were the 10-page preprint, 27-page dossier and 9-page roadmap. Their historical content and dates are preserved; none is relabelled as the AP1 GO 078 publication.

## Integrity result and scientific limit

The preparation verified all 13 original evidence bindings, four 077 bindings and nine packet checksum entries (26 comparisons). Every comparison matched. The check did not run an O049 background, mode or response solver and did not repeat a physical calculation.

The H_star argument in the preprint restates E14, transferred by E10/E22. The total density 1.2 × 10⁻¹¹ is arithmetic from 3H_star². The nonstandard positivity inference follows the E02 reading of E18 with the inherited scale-factor bound; an approximate profile is not relabelled an exact solution.

The limits retained in E19/E20 and the former broader AP1 contract remain open under Post-AP1. Neither the presence of source files nor a passing hash checker releases later research production.
